Met by friendly, courteous staff. Chad recognized me as usual and we had a nice chat, got down to the issues with my vehicle and then a courtesy ride to work. Chad called later that morning with a good explanation of the problems I've been having with my AC and the solution. I feel comfortable with their approach, they seem to have my best interests in mind and I don't feel like I'm being nickel & dimed. They make it easy and I appreciate that.
