I visited two other dealerships prior to Mauer and obviously concluded the purchase of my vehicle at Mauer was the most satisfactory. Enjoyed the interaction with my sales rep Bob Julian and he was very helpful during and after the purchase.
Larry and Cory were great throughout the entire process. I've purchased lots of cars over the years and haven't had a better experience than this one. The two of them went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the transaction and obtained exactly what we wanted. I will not hesitate to recommend others to Mauer GMC and look forward to doing business with this dealership again in the future.
I like the new check out area, where we pay for service back by service, instead of in showroom, it looks new and updated.. the guys in service are very personable and knowledgeable, and the work was done in time estimated.
Only because the service was good. But I didn't get my truck fixed. I bought it in Jan new and have had transmission issues. The mechanic felt the issues and said there have been complaints about it. I still have the issues and it shouldn't be happening.
Not sure that I will bring my vehicle back to your dealership for future service needs at this time. My last experience left me questioning the service provided and total cost. I am a little concerned about the honesty and integrity related to my most recent visit to Mauer GMC.
Chad did a great job keeping me informed on what they were doing and what needed to be done. In the past I would take my truck to Hudson gmc where I bought the truck
for all my work and oil changes not anymore

Very good experience with the service team. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. The only downside to my visit was your guest wireless. It is very poor. I always work while I wait for my vehicle to get done. Your wifi just won't allow that. It would be really nice if that got upgraded.
This dealership is the most outgoing dealership I've dealt with. Unlike Walser GMC, in Roseville, MN., who didn't even give us an acknowledgement of our presence, Mauer Buick, GMC went beyond expectations.
In closing, after leaving Walser GMC, we did notify the dealership of the poor treatment we received.
