This survey is an opportunity to speak on two subjects and more.
1. Insurance claim: My truck was in the collision center in June. Right rear quarter of the truck was hit by a car at an intersection. Broken alloy wheel, flat tire, and body damage. The wheel and tire were replaced, and the body was repaired and repainted. The paint is already bubbling up, and I'm wondering if the frame/chassis and rt. rear brakes were actually inspected because...
2. the truck was in for a routine oil/filter change and wheel rotation and was written up for alignment, suspension, drive axle service, and u joint service. Shouldn't these items have been scrutinized after a collision that pushed a moving vehicle sideways and broke the wheel, etc?
3. I'm curious if the right rear brakes were looked at as well. the truck seems to shake a little when the brakes are applied. Never happened before the accident. My wife normally drives the truck during the weekdays so I have not noticed these issues until this last weekend.

I just want to say how pleased I am with Scott Forry and the people who worked on my daughters truck. I have always had great service in the past, when it was Arrow. I was concerned that the employees would be different because of Mauer taking ownership. Once I saw some of the familiar faces from Arrow I knew I could count on them to do a great job on my daughters truck. Great group of workers at this dealership. Thank you.
